Due to our full schedule, customers who have not yet made a reservation will be charged a professional assessment fee of NT$2,000 if they require an on-site evaluation. After booking our services, this fee will be converted into a deposit with a validity period of 6 months.
How to get a quote??
Please upload photos to our official Line account and provide "desired moving date/location/floor level." We will provide you with a preliminary quote.
Can the move be completed in one day?
Not necessarily. It depends on your space layout and the volume of items. We recommend sending photos for our customer service to discuss with you. For cases that can be completed in one day, we typically allocate 7-9 hours for service.
Can furniture be disassembled and reassembled?
Yes, we can handle any furniture. However, for precision equipment such as built-in dishwashers, water filters, massage chairs under warranty, etc., we recommend contacting the original manufacturer. We can assist with washing machine installation if the connectors are the same. For gas dryers, we recommend hiring professional plumbers.
If renovation is delayed, can I change the date?
Yes, the earlier you notify us, the better we can adjust to your preferred date. If notified within 7 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
Will there be additional fees for moving?
Additional fees may apply for extended courtyards, split-level homes, or special heavy items like aquariums, safes, pianos, or artwork, which will be quoted separately. 1417 does not provide transportation for live animals; please arrange to transport pets to your new location yourself.
Can I declutter during the move?
Since we assign multiple staff for each move, if you need to declutter, we recommend arranging this in advance to ensure you have time to review which items to pack.
Can you handle waste disposal?
Yes, whether you want us to take away and dispose of items or transport them to designated locations for environmental protection agencies, we can discuss and provide a quote.
During the move, can your organizers help plan storage solutions for my new home?
Yes, if you have any planning needs for your new or old home, we can provide additional services. Please contact our official Line for a quote.
How many organizers and movers will come for a one-day move?
We will assign staff based on your volume of items to ensure completion within 7-9 hours. Generally, the more items you have, the more staff we'll dispatch. Our largest team deployment was 30 people.
Do you offer pure transportation services?
We require at minimum a packing + transportation service and do not accept partial packing (e.g., kitchen only). Pure transportation is available only when our schedule permits. For packing, there is a minimum of 10 boxes per truck; for example, 4 trucks would require a minimum of 40 boxes.
Can you accompany me for decluttering or avoid decluttering?
Both options are available. We will discuss your needs with you and won't force you to dispose of items, but without decluttering, we may not achieve your expected results.
Will I be unable to find my things after organizing?
After completing the organization, we will arrange a full-room tour with you. With your approval, we will label the cabinet categories to help you find items easily. If you can't find something, you can ask us through the official Line, though if too much time has passed, we might not remember due to our high volume of cases.
Can organizers also do space planning?
We will arrange senior organizers who are skilled in space planning to assist you. They can also provide storage product recommendations, purchasing services, and space flow planning.
Is there a minimum charge?
Our minimum charge is 4 hours per organizer. We recommend hiring at least 2 organizers for more effective organization.
Can organizers also assist with cleaning?
Simple cleaning tasks such as wiping cabinets or vacuuming are no problem. For more difficult cleaning areas, you can consult with customer service, and we can arrange professional cleaners to assist.
How do you provide quotes?
You need to join our official Line and provide information about the space that needs organizing and your budget. Our consultant will discuss and create the most suitable plan for you.
How is 1417's organizing service different from others?
We not only have more organizers but also provide moving staff. Whether you need furniture assembly, heavy item moving, or waste disposal, we can execute all services seamlessly, making your organizing experience more efficient and effortless.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking 2 weeks in advance makes it more likely to secure your preferred date. For urgent cases, you can ask our official Line for the earliest available date. However, we cannot accept cases within 2 days, and emergency cases will incur additional fees.
What is the deposit refund policy?
After the site inspection, you have a 3-day cooling-off period. If you have concerns about the quote, please discuss with us anytime. If you wish to cancel the service, we will retain half of the deposit as a site inspection fee, and refund the other half minus processing fees. After the cooling-off period, we begin planning your exclusive moving process, and if you cancel, we cannot refund your deposit.
Is there a minimum charge for waste disposal?
The minimum is one truck. If combined with "organizing" or "moving" services, the minimum can be reduced to half a truck.
What additional services do you offer?
Paint and putty repair, socket replacement, light bulb replacement, and TV wall mounting. All these require booking with "organizing" or "moving" services and are not sold separately.
How do you arrange schedules during typhoons?
If the government announces work and school closures, we will discuss postponement with you. If postponement is not possible, we will discuss refunds. Additionally, we prioritize the health and safety of our team members. If a service day is declared a work stoppage day and you wish to maintain the original service, further discussion may be required.
